Yes! After logging in, click on the “Schedule” tab that is located on the left side
of your profile. Create a title for your meeting and add a description, then enter
the desired date and time you wish to meet. Once you add your invitees, click on the
blue “Schedule” box below the list of contacts. Your scheduled meetings and
conferences will show up under the “Meetings” tab.
It’s quite simple! Once you are in a meeting, all you have to do is to enter the SIP
ID of the multipoint device you would like to invite.

have to do is enter the SIP ID of the multipoint device you want to invite, directly

Yes! Tacodi™ allows full screen videoconferencing (in high definition) with any of
the participants in a meeting, as long as they have started their video. To view the
list of participants who have their video feeds turned on, simply click on the names
of the participants in the “Shared List” tab. Then, click the full screen tab, which
is located on the bottom right of the video.
No. Every participant in a meeting will be viewable in HD, as long as they have
their video feed turned on.
Click the “Start Desktop Sharing” tab that is located on the left side of the
meeting room and open the share settings. From here, you can choose to share the
entire desktop, a specific application, or a mere portion of the screen.
Click the “View Whiteboard” tab that is located on the left side of the meeting
room. This will open the whiteboard application in a separate window.
Click the “Settings” tab that is located on the top corner on the right side of your
meeting room. This will open the Multimedia Tuning Wizard, where you can adjust your
webcam resolution, audio input, and output device.
